A former lawyer based in Warwickshire has started a company specializing in coaching lawyers.

Clare Harding Coaching was started after Harding quit her job at a national law firm.

Harding, who is a qualified coach with 20 years’ experience in the legal profession, was supported by the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

Advisor John Fitzgerald did a full audit of how Harding presented the business and also offered advice on which online courses to take that could help him continue to grow.

She said: “I really like being a coach, but I wanted to do my own thing and not be tied to one company.

“I can now work with individual lawyers and also for law firms. For individuals, I can partner with them to help them advance in their careers and, when it comes to working with law firms lawyers, I can support them with broader staff development.

“This is an issue that has become increasingly important as businesses have to work harder to attract and retain staff, so ensuring they are valued and given opportunities is key. of development.

“I am now working with clients in London and have also taken over business in Warwickshire, and the plan is to continue to grow.”

I advised on what courses would be best for Clare to help the business to develop and, because I had gotten to know her, I could also use my areas of expertise to give her ideas for the future.”
